Restoring Lives Community Development Corporation is a volunteer based initiative aimed at providing at-risk individuals with food, clothing, housing and life changing educational empowerment. RLCDC's overall goal is to develop and implement programs that promote and strengthen surrounding communities, through individual and family empowerment, asset building, and economic self-sufficiency.

We envision reaching a multicultural and multi-ethnic people, city, and unreached territory through effective strategies, leadership, and training.

Corporation Purpose
The general nature of the objectives and purposes of this Corporation shall be:

1. To operate a community development program in the County of Prince William, Virginia area and beyond.
2. To enhance the quality of life in the community through various outreach, community development and educational programs.
3. To develop and rehabilitate projects in the State of Virginia towards the end of creating stable neighborhoods by purchasing, leasing, or otherwise acquiring any or all interests in vacant land, industrial, public, residential/commercial real property
