Community Development Corporation Welcome to the home of Restoring Lives Community Development Corporation (RLCDC)! We appreciate your interest in our organization. The RLCDC was created to develop and implement initiatives that promote and strengthen Prince William County and surrounding communities. These initiatives include individual and family empowerment, asset building, and economic self-sufficiency. The RLCDC also participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), as well as the United Way.
